Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Melt Hiland Butter in frying pan.

In a mixing bowl, mix together dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs and add Hiland Cottage Cheese until smooth.

Combine egg and flour mixtures. Mix in melted butter.

Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot frying pan.

Flip when top of pancake bubbles.

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 16 ounces Hiland Cottage Cheese
