Slow-Cooker Shredded Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Shred the chicken inside the slow cooker with the broth.
  • Use immediately or freeze for up to 2 months.
