Buffalo slow Cooker Chicken Sandwiches

  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (17.5 fluid ounce) bottle buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons Hiland Dairy Butter
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise


  • Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker and add ¾ of the buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing mix.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • When chicken has finished cooking, add the butter, and shred the meat finely with two forks.
  • Place the meat onto the hoagie rolls and top with remaining buffalo wing sauce.
