White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla and egg with electric mixture on medium speed until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Stir in baking chips and cranberries.

Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool and remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

  • 3/4 cup Hiland Dairy Butter
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
