Orange Raspberry Greek Yogurt Cookies

Preheat oven to 375° F.

In medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, stir together the yogurt and sugar. Add in the egg white and orange zest mixing well. Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are incorporated. Gently fold in raspberries.

If the dough is too sticky to work with, refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly firmer.

Using 2 spoons drop a spoonful of dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes or until firm. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Hiland Dairy Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (about 1/2 large orange)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
