Fudge Pecan Chews

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine milk, butter, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in heavy saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until butter and chocolate melt, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, flour and chopped pecans.

Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Press a pecan half into the center of each cookie.

Bake for 7 minutes (do not over bake). Remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1/4 cup Hiland Dairy Whole Milk
  • 1/4 cup Hiland Dairy Salted Butter
  • 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 60 pecan halves
