From his first belt ceremony to now, milk has been a huge part of Tom Scott's karate training and success. Scott has dreamt of karate being part of the Olympic Games for a long time and he’s thrilled that it is finally a reality.
Milk helps give him the energy he needs to move around the mat quickly and keep his opponents guessing.
"Training has always been a constant in my life, but thankfully, so has milk," says Scott.
One of Scott’s favorite meals is breakfast, and cereal and milk is always on the menu.
"A good breakfast gives me the best shot at a solid training day," said Scott.
Milk also comes into play at the end of the day. Scott says he likes to end his day with a big glass of milk before getting nine hours of sleep.
