Wild Rice Dressing

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups hot cooked wild rice
1 cup chopped onion
1/2-3/4 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon salt pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons Hiland Butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup white wine

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together thoroughly. Use with chicken or turkey.

Yield: 3 1/2 cups
