Verenike Casserole

Ingredients

24 ounces Hiland cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 cup Hiland sour cream
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups cubed cooked ham
7-9 dry lasagna noodles

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except noodles. Place half of creamy ham mixture in bottom of slow cooker. Add uncooked noodles. Cover with remaining half of creamy ham sauce. Be sure noodles are fully submerged in sauce. Cover. Cook on low 5 hours. Serve with a green salad, peas, and zwiebach or bread. Makes 8-10 servings.
