Tuna Quesadilla

Ingredients

4 Tortillas

2 cans tuna, drained

1/2 cup red peppers, diced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded Hiland Monterey Jack Cheese
  ¼ cup Hiland shredded Colby Jack cheese

Preparation

Combine tuna, cream cheese, cheese, peppers and onions in a bowl. Spread 1/2 of the mixture on tortilla and place in greased skillet on medium heat. Cover with other tortilla. Cook for four minutes on each side.
