Tropical Fruit Dip

Ingredients

1 pineapple, halved
Variety of fruit and Hiland Cheese wedges

Dip:
1 cup Hiland Sour Cream
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation

This is an easy recipe for a dip that looks great and tastes even better. Scoop out the pineapple from each half, leaving the outer skin intact. Cut up wedges of orange, apple, banana, grapes and cheese. Thread on skewers for dipping. You can also use pound cake. To make the dip, combine the sour cream, apricot preserves and vanilla. Place dip in the hollowed out pineapple halves. Arrange the skewers on a tray and chill. Serve and enjoy.
