Super Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats (not quick-cook or instant)

2 cups Hiland Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1/2 cup egg whites

1/2 cup Hiland
1% Low Fat Milk

2 bananas
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Drop dollops of batter onto greased pan or griddle. Flip once. Serve with fruit, honey, or syrup.
