Spinach Rice

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounce) chopped spinach, thawed, drained
6 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup Hiland Milk
2 eggs, beaten
Hiland Butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.  Spoon into buttered 3 quart casserole.  At this point, rice can be covered and refrigerated no longer than 24 hours.  Bake uncovered until set, 30 to 40 minutes.
