Sin Pie

Ingredients

1 stick Hiland Butter
2 cups sugar
3 heaping tablespoons flour
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup Hiland Buttermilk
pie shell
 

Preparation

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar; add flour, then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and buttermilk. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Recipe has been around for years; no one can mess this one up. It’s always a crowd pleaser and you can make it with one bowl (even without a mixer).
