Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

3 cups Bisquick
1 cup shredded Hiland cheddar cheese
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
2/3 c Hiland milk
1 pound sausage

Preparation

In large skillet, crumble and brown sausage over medium heat; drain and return to skillet. In large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, cheese, soup, and milk, until just blended. Stir in sausage. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full with batter and bake 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) at 350 degrees. Let sit for five minutes before removing from muffin tins. Yield: approximately 18 muffins.
