Quick Carmel Corn

Ingredients

1/2 cup Hiland Butter
1 cup brown sugar
8 marshmallows

Preparation

Heat the butter and add brown sugar. The longer you cook this, the crunchier it will get. I cook it about 1 minute which is a happy medium, and let it bubble while stirring. Add the 8 marshmallows and let them melt. Pour this yummy goodness over 2 envelopes of popcorn. Some people like it really crunchy, and some people like the ooey, gooey softness. Just don't burn it. I like to pop my own popcorn, but the envelopes make it super easy and in about 5 minutes, you have one of those things that seem like you took hours to make!
