Ingredients
16 ounce Hiland Half & Half
32 ounce Hiland Milk
3 tablespoons Hiland Butter
1 can (16 ounce) oysters
cayenne pepper
black pepper
salt
Preparation
On medium high heat, mix milk, half & half and butter in a saucepan. Do not allow to boil. Add cayenne, black pepper and salt to taste. Add oysters and cook until edges to curl. Dish is finished and ready to serve in less than 20 minutes. Serve with oyster crackers if you like. Tabasco is also great to spice for an extra kick.
