Lo-Cal Onion Dip

Ingredients

1/4 cup Hiland Skim Milk
1 cup Hiland 2% Cottage Cheese
1 envelope dry onion soup mix (11.5-oz.)

Preparation

Place the cottage cheese and skim milk in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy about 4 minutes. Stir in the onion soup mix. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
