Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup soda cracker crumbs
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cups Hiland milk
1 qt. Hiland vanilla ice cream, softened
1 container whipped topping
3 frozen, crushed candy bars (such as Butterfinger)
1/2 cup Hiland butter, melted
Preparation
Mix together cracker crumbs and butter. Place 2/3 cups of this mixture in a 9x13 pan and pat down gently. Mix pudding and milk, blend in ice cream. Pour ice cream mixture over crumbs and refrigerate until firm. Spread 1/2 container of whipped topping over ice cream mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs and crushed candy bars. Refrigerate overnight. May be frozen for later use. Thaw in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
