Hot Chocolate Nog

Ingredients

3 cups Hiland Chocolate Milk
3 cups Hiland Egg Nog
1 cup Hiland Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 or 2 teaspoons vanilla or almond extract

Preparation

In a large saucepan, add the 3 cups milk and 3 cups eggnog . Simmer until warm. Add whipped cream and enjoy! For adults, plain brandy, rum or whiskey optional.

Whipped Cream:
One cup whipping cream will yield about 2 cups whipped cream. Put cold whipping cream and flavorings in cold mixing bowl. (Try 1 to 2 teaspoons of vanilla or almond extract per cup of cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Adjust to taste.)
