Ingredients
1 frozen prepared pound cake (16 ounce)
1 quart strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 jar strawberry ice cream topping
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 container (8 ounce) Hiland Sour Cream
1 container (8 ounce) whipped topping
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Cut cake into 3/4 inch cubes and set aside. In a bowl, combine strawberries, ice cream topping and rum extract. Mix well. In another bowl, combine sour cream, whipped topping and powdered sugar until thoroughly blended. In a 2 quart container, layer 1/3 mixture with pound cake on bottom followed by strawberry mixture, then sour cream mixture. Repeat with two more layers. Refrigerate and serve to rave reviews.
