Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups cooked ham, diced

1/4 cup Hiland Butter

1/4 cup flour

2 cups Hiland Milk

1 cup grated American cheese
3 medium potatoes, precooked
2 cups green beans, drained
2 tablespoons Hiland Butter, melted 

1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring until thick. Add cheese and cook until thick. Cut the potatoes in thick slices and arrange in a greased 2-quart casserole. Add the green beans over the potatoes and cover with half the sauce. Add the ham and pour remaining sauce over all. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
