Ingredients

1 box Hamburger Helper Enchilada
1 pound hamburger
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can green enchilada sauce

1 package (16 ounces) Hiland shredded Mexican Blend cheese
10 tortillas

Preparation

Cook hamburger meat until brown and follow directions on Hamburger Helper box.
When cooked, roll enchilada mix inside of the tortillas, place side by side in deep baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese to desired amount. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
