Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup melted Hiland Butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling:
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon cornstarch
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 cups Hiland Eggnog
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Crust:
Mix crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and butter together. Press into bottom the of a 9 inch springform pan.
Filling:
Mix cream cheese, sugars and cornstarch together on high speed in mixer until completely blended. Add the eggs one at a time, scraping the bowl after each addition. Blend in eggnog, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into the springform pan containing the graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake an additional hour or till cake is firm in the middle. Allow cheesecake to sit overnight in the refrigerator before cutting.
