Ingredients
1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup Hiland Butter, softened
1/2 cup Hiland Egg Nog
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside. Cream sugar and butter. Stir in egg nog, vanilla and egg yolks. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat on low speed until combined. Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bottoms are a light brown.
