Easy Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients

1 box (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons dark rum or 1 tablespoon rum extract (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Hiland Egg Nog
1/3 cup Hiland Butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients at medium speed for three minutes. Pour into Bundt pan and bake about 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool ten minutes, and then turn onto a cake plate.
