Crab Dip

Ingredients

1 package imitation crab
1/2 cup Hiland Sour Cream
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 sweet bell pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
10 to 15 medium black olives
pepper and garlic to taste
 

Preparation

This is a very easy and fast recipe. Should only take about 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. Chop the crab and veggies up in bite-size pieces, then place in a bowl and add the sour cream and cream cheese. Blend with a spoon or hand mixer until creamy. Add the pepper and garlic and season to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour to let the flavors mix; serve with any cracker of your choice.
