Cottage Cheesy Biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon baking powder
5 tablespoons Hiland Butter

1 container (16 ounce) of Hiland Low Fat Cottage Cheese

Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking powder. Add the butter and mix well with hands. Stir in the cottage cheese. With a large spoon, drop dollops onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees until tops are golden (about 15 minutes). Serve hot.
