Classic Scalloped Hashbrowns

Mix together all ingredients except Corn Flakes and melted butter. Press into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Mix together melted butter and Corn Flakes and sprinkle over the top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Ingredients

2 pounds frozen shredded hash browns
1/2 cup grated onion
2 cups Hiland grated cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint Hiland sour cream
2 teaspoons salt
Dash pepper
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 cup melted Hiland butter
