Cherry Cheesecake No-Bake

Ingredients

1 carton (8 ounce) Hiland Sour Cream
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 carton (8 ounce) Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
1/2 cup sugar
Graham crust (9 inch)
1 can cherry pie filling
 

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Blend with mixer until smooth; add sugar and vanilla. Pour into graham crust and top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate till ready to serve. May be made up to a week in advance. Delicious, quick and easy.
