Cheesy Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

6 medium russet potatoes peeled and cubed
12 ounces Hiland shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
3 tablespoons Hiland Butter
3/4  to 1 cup Hiland Whole Milk
1/2 cup chives, chopped
salt

Preparation

Put potatoes in medium size pot; cover with water and salt to taste. Cover and boil until tender. Drain; add butter and mash. Stir in cheese followed by ranch mix and milk. Add in chives, reserving some for garnish.
