Burrito Casserole

Ingredients

1 package 8 frozen beef and bean burritos
1 carton (16 ounce) Hiland Sour Cream
1 can refried beans -- any kind you like 
1 package (16 ounce)
1 package (16 ounces) Hiland shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 can enchilada sauce -- any variety you like
1 small can sliced black olives

Preparation

In 9 x 12 inch pan, layer the refried beans and then the frozen burritos. Pour enchilada sauce over burritos, top with shredded cheese and sprinkle the olives on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream.
