Baked Zucchini

Ingredients

6 medium zucchini
1/4 cup creamy French salad dressing
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup Hiland Butter, melted
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation

Cut ends off zucchini. Leave skins on. In a pan, bring salted water to a boil. Add whole zucchini; cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer until tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and cool slightly. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each zucchini lengthwise in half. Place cut sides up in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Stir together salad dressing and mustard; spread on zucchini. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
