1/2 pound cake

Ingredients

2 sticks Hiland Butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon rum extract, optional

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer for 10 minutes. Pour in well -greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool. Make glaze and pour over cake.
