“Quick Quiz” Giveway Rules

  • No purchase necessary.
  • To enter, complete the online entry form with your name, e-mail address and zip code. Customers may enter only once during one 24-hour time period. Limited to one entry per person per month through December 31, 2008. Partially completed entries or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Giveaway begins on March 3, 2008 and ends on December 31, 2008.
  • Giveaway is open to legal residents of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska except employees of Hiland Dairy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, respective advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
  • Winners will be randomly drawn monthly on or about March 11, 2008 and every month thereafter by Hiland Dairy, whose decision is final. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner(s) consents to the use of his/her name, recipe or likeness by Hiland for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners will be notified by e-mail and be sent one prize by Hiland Dairy.
  • Winners from all eligible submissions will be drawn per month. Winners’ names may appear in a future Hiland Dairy advertising campaign that may include: television, billboards, print and radio commercials. Winners will be recognized on the Hiland Dairy website, identified by first name and last initial. Approximate retail value of each Hiland prize is up to $10.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, misdirected transmissions; for failed, or partially garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this giveaway. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Hiland and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize and they will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize.
