1.) No purchase necessary.
2.) To enter, complete the official online entry form or hand-print your name, address and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card. On your entry, indicate all necessary parts to your recipe (ingredients, steps, etc). All recipes MUST include at least one Hiland Dairy product. Customers may enter only one recipe during one 24-hour time period. Mail your entry to: Hiland Dairy, “Share Your Favorite Recipe,” PO Box 2270, Springfield, MO, 65801. To enter online, visit: www.hilanddairy.com. Limited to one entry per person per day, mailed separately and postmarked by December 25, 2007. Electronic entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (CST), December 25, 2007 and limited to one entry per person per day. Partially completed entries or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2007 and ends on December 25, 2007.
3.) Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas, except employees of Hiland Dairy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, respective advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
4.) Winners will be randomly drawn on or about December 30, 2007 by Hiland Dairy, whose decision is final. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, recipe or likeness by Hiland for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners will be notified by mail and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within fourteen (14) days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
5.) One (1) prize winner will be drawn and will receive the following prize: Coupons for one year supply of Hiland Dairy products. Winners’ names may appear in a future Hiland Dairy advertising campaign that may include: website, television, billboards, print and radio commercials. Winners will be recognized on the Hiland Dairy website, identified by first name and last initial. Approximate retail value of the Hiland prizes not to exceed $250.00.
6.) Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, misdirected transmissions; for failed, or partially garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.) Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Hiland and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize and they will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize.
