The DeShazo Family

Double D Dairy, located in Rudy, Ark., is a father/son operation of the DeShazo family. Charles and Linda DeShazo and their family have 200 milking cows on a beautiful farm. Cleanliness and pride in what they do is seen in the everyday workings of this farm. The small, family-run operation with only two full-time employees shows that a hard day’s work producing quality dairy products reaps all the benefits they need.

The DeShazo family is also dedicated to preserve and protect the cherished land that provides their livelihood. With programs in place to help recycle the waste produced by their operations as fertilizer for their fields, they are helping promote a more natural environment and reduce the amount of external resources needed to maintain the farm.
