Locations

Hiland Dairy Foods Company has six manufacturing locations and 25 distribution centers located in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Job Categories

All Hiland Dairy manufacturing locations and distribution centers include Clerical positions. The minimum requirements for clerical positions are:

  • Data and numeric entry skills
  • Typing skills–50 wpm
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills

All Hiland Dairy manufacturing locations include Manufacturing/Production positions. The minimum requirements for these positions include the ability to:

  • Move stacks of product weighing between 240-1,000 pounds for the duration of the shift.
  • Continuously stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground.
  • Perform basic math skills.
  • Work in environments that are wet, humid, very hot (more than 100º F), or very cold (less than 20º F below 0), for extended periods of time.

All Hiland Dairy manufacturing locations and distribution centers include Sales/Distribution positions. The minimum requirements for these positions are the ability to:

  • Perform basic math skills.
  • Continuously stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground.
  • Drag stacks of product weighing approximately 240 pounds for the duration of the shift.
  • Work outdoors in environments that are very hot (more than 100º F) or very cold (less than 32º F), regardless of weather conditions.

In addition, the qualified Sales/Distribution associate will:

  • Possess a valid Class A or Class B driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Have successful route sales experience.
